HHQI Underserved Populations (UP) Network

UP logo

The HHQI National Campaign is increasing its focus on small, non-profit and publicly-funded home health agencies that serve a high proportion of dual-eligible patients. We’ve spoken to many stakeholders in this group and used their feedback to develop a new HHQI Underserved Populations Network (UP) to address these providers’ specific quality improvement needs.

When we work together, we can impact the quality of care that our most vulnerable populations receive. If you work for a home health agency that is small, non-profit, publicly funded and/or has a high census of dual-eligible patients, please contact us today so we can start building our relationship and the groundbreaking UP Network.

UP Network Webinar Schedule

The UP Network will host live webinars quarterly beginning in October 2015. You are encouraged to attend any and all of these free, information-packed events. All webinars will be held from 2-3pm ET unless stated otherwise in the table below.

Check this page periodically for additional information as it becomes available, or subscribe to our Educational & Networking Opportunities mailing list to receive details and registration links as soon as they are available. UP Event information is also included in the UPDate, the quarterly newsletter of the HHQI Underserved Populations Network, which is distributed at the beginning of the month preceding the webinar and contains additional information related to underserved issues.
