Educational Resources

If you want to improve your patients’ outcomes, then you have come to the right place. The Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign consistently offers a wide variety of evidence-based educational tools and resources to help you improve the quality of care you provide. We offer various Best Practice Intervention Packages (BPIPs) and associated resources focused on reducing avoidable hospitalizations, improving medication management, coordinating transitional care, improving immunization rates, and much more.

Our resource library contains hundreds of useful tools and information for home health nurses, medical social workers, therapists, aides and patients. Many resources are applicable across health care settings beyond home health, including providers in the hospital, physician's office and long-term care settings. We truly have something for everyone.

HHQI University

HHQI now offers free online learning courses with continuing education credits through HHQI University. These educational courses are evidence-based and focus on improving patient outcomes and quality improvement.

All courses are free and accessible to everyone who is registered with HHQI.
