Advancing QI Strategies from the Frontline

smiling nurse with arms foldedThere’s no one more qualified to speak on the subject of quality improvement in the home health setting than those on the frontline. During this Progressive Cardiovascular Learning & Action Network (CardioLAN) webinar from the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign (HHQI), you’ll hear from a panel of your peers in home health agencies across the country. These providers will share their quality improvement strategies, successes, and tips for overcoming some common barriers.

Our guest experts will also impart their first-hand knowledge to help answer the following questions:
  • How do you use data to drive your quality improvement efforts?
  • What motivates clinical staff to focus on the basic tasks such as the proper technique for blood pressure assessment?
  • When blood pressure rates are not up to the national standard, what’s next?
  • What are ways to improve care for patients with both depression and cardiovascular disorders?
  • Does focusing on Million Hearts® ABCS make an impact?
We hope you’ll join us and the HHQI community for this conversation with home health agencies striving to improve the quality of care they deliver.
